Certified Professional Home Inspector

Home Inspector Family

“…as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.”

(Joshua 24:15 KJV)

As a husband and father I take pride in securing a safe, comfortable environment for my family to enjoy. As a homeowner, I know this responsibility can best be achieved by gaining knowledge and making wise decisions.  As a certified inspector, I keep those truths close at hand and approach each inspection as if the potential investment was my own.

I know real estate ventures of any nature can be unnerving. There is great risk in the unknown. I’ve certainly learned the hard way, falling prey to both my own youthful ignorance and the negligence of others. However, it was these lessons that inspired me to choose home inspection as a career and what drives my standard of work.

In hopes that those lessons were not learned in vain, I strive to report with the thoroughness I would expect, to equip my clients with the information I would desire, and to aide in any way I would value if I were the home buyer/owner/renter myself.  My goal is not simply to offer you a look before you leap. I’d like to bring confidence to your decision, whether you are planning to buy, sell, rent, or renovate.

Are you buying or selling a home or commercial property?  As a Tennessee State Licensed Certified Professional Home Inspector I will help you during this demanding and exciting time by providing you with the information necessary to make the best real estate decisions possible. I will work to relieve your apprehension and fear of the unknown and replace it with confidence and assurance. The more you know about your home and it’s condition, the better prepared you can be to take care of it. I am an experienced home inspector who is also a member of the Home Inspectors of Tennessee Association (HITA) and the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), and I pride myself on protecting my clients.

We are not just a home inspection company.  My family and I are your neighbors and friends.

Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult.  Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods and — yes — different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work — a lot of work.  Ultimately, a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort. If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your new home, I guarantee that I will give you my very best effort.  This I promise you.
